The Los Galindos Murders

UnsolvedSources: ALast updated: 14 October 2026

On 22 July 1975, five people were found killed at the Los Galindos estate in Paradas, province of Seville: the estate foreman, his wife, farm workers and the wife of one worker. Villagers, journalists and onlookers entered the scene afterwards, touching and moving evidence, which left the investigation weak from the start. An early theory held that the foreman had killed the others and fled, but it collapsed when his body was also found. Various leads were pursued over the years, yet no one was tried and the crime passed the statute of limitations. It is regarded as one of Spain's most famous unsolved murders.
